Monday – Thursday:
5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
5:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Group Exercise Instructors


Barb Lance
– Barb is an instructor for Flow Yoga, Bounce, and Beginners Running. She is a certified NETA Group Exercise Instructor. She has been teaching yoga and other exercise classes for 13 years

Betsy Springer
– Betsy is an Ashtanga Yoga instructor at the Fitness Center and has been teaching yoga for over 35 years.  Besty is certified through Yoga Alliance.

Wanda Silcott
– Wanda has taught Zumba, Zumba Step, Zumba Toning, Zumba gold, and is newly certified in Kettlebell AMPD. She is currently pursuing her NETA Group Exercise certification.  She has been teaching Zumba for 3 years.
