Group Exercise Class Descriptions

ASHTANGA YOGA & MEDITATION Ashtanga Yoga is a physically challenging style of yoga that consists of an unvarying sequence of poses for strength, balance, and flexibility.  Building functional strength and endurance with detail orientated poses, and correct alignment all connected with a  special breathing technique. This 90 minute class is followed by guided meditation.

CARDIO BLAST Blast your cardio fitness level through the roof with the best of any type of cardio training the instructor feels like throwing at you! You will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic threshold every time, so come prepared to get your cardio on! This 30 minute class will be great for improving your personal best no matter what your goal is!

CYCLING Using a stationary cycle, this cardio class will last for 60 minutes. Cycling builds endurance and trains leg muscles to be strong with no impact making it   kinder to the knees and ankles.  Beginners are encouraged to work at their own pace. Please arrive on time to set up your bike.  A water bottle and a sweat towel are  essential for success in this class.

CYCLING BOOTCAMP Using a stationary cycle, and with a combination of instructors choice will have you dripping in sweat and ready to conquer anything! Burn calories, get ready for your next adventure, or mix up your normal routine. Whatever you are looking for will be accomplished during this 60 minute class. If you are new to cycling or want to try it out for the first time then this class is perfect for you. You will not spend much time on the bike before moving on to something else.

DONE IN 30 For those that have limited time to get a quality workout this 30 minute class is for you. We will concentrate on muscular endurance while sculpting your entire body. This class will give you a high quality workout in a short period of time. The perfect combination.

FLOW YOGA Learning or relearning the state of unity, harmony, and bliss in the body, mind, and spirit through the adoption of specific bodily postures flowing from one to another. The cultivation of physical health will also be contributed to the breathe control and meditation this class will offer in its 45 minute time span.

KIDS ZONE In a safe “kid” only environment we will have fun learning the importance of physical fitness towards our health. The kids will enjoy strength training,  cardio type games, and flexibility training. The most important factor in the kid zone is … FUN!

KIDS ZUMBA Kid friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography. We break down the steps, add fun games and music, while developing healthy lifestyle habits for the next generation.

POWER PUMP This 60 minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the most effective weight-room exercises such as squats, presses,      deadlifts, and curls.  We will pick a low weight and conduct high repetitions. This unique class will not only offer strength gains but also lean body muscle conditioning.

RUNNING GROUP, BEGGINERS RUNNING GROUP Whether your goal is working towards your next race, wanting to learn how to start running, or wanting to take your running to the next level our running coach will have everything you need to blast through your personal goal while feeling great doing it. These running groups blend together to make a fun, social environment for every type of runner. This class will last approximately 60 minutes. 

SCULPT FUSION  What are you looking for in a class? Do you want to look better? Do you want to be stronger? Or perform better in sports or leisure activities? For many of us it is all of the above. This 30 minute class will leave you feeling rejuvenated and empowered by infusing strength training and yoga moves into one full body routine.

SENIOR HI / LO Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance in this 60 minute workout. Fitness and fun come together as you alternate non-impact aerobic choreography with modifications of higher impact for those looking for more intensity. The combination workout gives a chance for everyone to come together and have a fun and supportive workout.

SENIOR SHORT CIRCUIT This class will help fight boredom, increase your muscular strength, and boost calorie burning by combining traditional cardio bouts with short bouts of circuit training. There is something for everyone in this 60 minute class.

SIX PACK ABS  Our highly motivated instructor has created a belly-busting routine that will sculpt a molded-in-steel midsection just in time for summer! This 30    minute class will burn abdominal fat fast, and tone your midsection through a combination of high intense cardio movements and make-it-burn ab exercises.

STEP R.I.S.E.   Have fun listening to music and bringing your cardiovascular workout to new heights.  Reinvented Interval Step Experience brings your traditional step choreography together with a newer style interval training to take the boredom out of step aerobics.  The step benches can be tailored to your height and intensity level. Exercises in this 30 minute class can also be conducted with out a step bench for a lower intensity workout.  fun listening to music and bringing your cardiovascular workout to new heights! ZUMBA  Bust out your best moves and get your heart rate up with a total body workout.  We will combine all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility all while having fun.
